Zusammenfassung

BRAVAS, the nation’s leading luxury technology integrator, seeks a Director of Operations, Project Delivery to standardize project management across locations, from contract to handoff. You’ll implement a unified playbook in D-Tools, train PMs, and ensure consistency and excellence on signature projects.

You will work closely with General Managers, lead PM development, and drive process improvements that affect schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction project management on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• 5+ years as Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%, including extended time on major projects.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain a standard project management methodology (processes, templates, quality checkpoints, documentation).
• Partner with GMs on rollout plans, adapting to local realities without lowering the standard.
• Define project tiers with planning, controls, staffing, and reporting for each.
• Map full project lifecycle with roles, milestones, and handoffs; advise PM assignment rules.
• Lead project health reviews, site visits, and coaching of PMs on complex projects.
• Strengthen sales-to-execution handoff with Sales and Design for clear scope, budget, and margin.
• Drive project financial discipline with Finance: budgets, labor forecasting, change orders, milestones.
• Standardize closeout and transition to Service; make D-Tools the system of record.
