Job summary

Braven Associates Director, Technical Project Management leads a cross-functional Systems portfolio, guiding complex technical work across Engineering, Data Operations, and Digital Product Management. You’ll manage domain projects, ensure a standard PM approach, and report to the Senior Director, Systems Strategy and Operations.

This role focuses on delivery, coordination, and cross-team collaboration to drive high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of cross-functional project or program management within a technical function.
• Experience with Jira project management tool.
• Experience with agile methodologies and specifically, Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Execution: Manage cross-functional projects; develop and maintain plans, timelines, and milestones; create and maintain project docs; own backlog refinement; partner with Digital Product Management on prioritization; track delivery progress; run sprint planning and reviews; maintain team capacity visibility; coordinate release planning; drive demos; ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
