Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Director of PMO

LaSalle Network is working with a leading consumer brand that's hiring a Director of PMO to level up its commercialization game. Based in Evanston, IL (hybrid T-Th onsite), this role is key to accelerating how products are renovated, developed, and brought to market.

You'll own the PMO playbook, oversee process excellence, and drive cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, finance, packaging, R&D, and more. Projects are already in motion-including one focused on overhauling plastic tubs for better sustainability and durability during shipping.
This full-time, permanent role pays $140,000-$170,000 with a 15% bonus and full benefits from Day 1.

Director of PMO Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise PMO strategy with a focus on innovation and efficiency
• Build systems and tools to streamline product development cycles
• Roll out process improvements, including stage gate and commercialization workflows
• Collaborate across departments to align business needs and project timelines
• Solve real-world product delivery challenges across global markets
• Direct and support a strong team of three project leaders

Director of PMO Requirements:

• Experience leading PMOs in manufacturing, food, or supply chain settings
• Strong grasp of global food regulations and commercialization practices
• Expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders
• Ability to implement frameworks and drive continuous improvement
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
