The Director, PMO Business Value Optimization role is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong focus on driving business value optimization in the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT and business partnership, and benefits realization approaches, and will be responsible for providing direct support to project managers (PMs) and project teams to ensure they have the training, process aids, and expertise needed to deliver projects that meet business objectives.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150,370 - $255,630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
