How You Will Contribute:
  • Conducting analysis and consultation to identify business challenges, opportunities, solution requirements, and benefits
  • Defining and architecting the D365 Commerce solution using best practices and industry standards
  • Assessing implementations and performing ROI analysis for D365 Commerce
  • Collaborating within project teams to deliver business solutions from initiation through deployment
  • Ensuring solution delivery aligns with requirements through ownership of deliverables and thorough client review
  • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of project plans and documentation
  • Establishing strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Completing tasks according to project schedules and providing status updates to project leadership
  • Configuring, testing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Learning and applying FORVIS implementation methodology
  • Leading thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, presentations, and blogs related to D365 Commerce
  • Developing internal training materials for D365 Commerce solutions
  • Supporting innovation efforts related to D365 Commerce solutions
  • Driving quickstarter offerings in Dynamics 365 Commerce (such as headless commerce)
  • Assisting in the development of the D365 Commerce presales environment
  • Training users on the solution

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of relevant experience
  • ERP implementation experience in Commerce Management functions (eCommerce, POS, customer service, call center, order to cash, distributed order management, merchandising, fraud protection, loyalty, and unified pricing management) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Proficiency in Power BI and/or related business analytics tools
  • Ability to obtain required MS Dynamics 365 Certifications within an agreed timeframe
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with MS Access and SQL
  • Industry expertise in retail and commerce
  • Knowledge of preferred retail and commerce ISVs such as Amicis and K3
  • Understanding of Dataverse, virtual tables, and Copilot Studio
