Job summary

Mastercard's Open Finance and Developers Experience division seeks a Director of Product Management to lead developers’ experience commercialization strategy and analytics. You will drive API-first monetization decisions across the product lifecycle, embedding commercialization thinking into design and development to scale global solutions.

In this role you will partner with Pricing, Commercialization and Product teams to align paths, design KPI frameworks, and foster a test-and-learn culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
Significant experience in commercialization strategy and pricing.
Proven track record translating visions into revenue-generating paths.
Analytical thinker with API-led economics experience.
Ability to influence across stakeholders in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

Drive API-first commercialization decisioning across the product lifecycle.
Lead a Developer Experience commercialization internal consulting desk.
Collaborate with Pricing, Commercialization and Product for aligned paths.
Define and track KPI framework for Developer Experience commercialization.
Champion test-and-learn culture to optimize messaging and channels.
