Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.

• Demonstrated scaling of platforms to millions of users and high throughput.
• Proven ability to attract and develop senior engineers.
• Strong architectural influence with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for the Platform team.
• Maintain hands-on technical engagement, contribute to critical design reviews, and set coding standards.
• Oversee design and implementation of highly complex distributed systems at scale.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs and ensure performance requirements.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI, to improve efficiency and security.
