The position requires experienced leadership in managing programs, analytical ability, and the capacity to plan, organize, and allocate resources to achieve readiness objectives for the JFHQ-State.

Qualifications

• General experience: managing or directing one or more programs; supervisory/managerial or professional experience; experience using computers and automation systems.
• Specialized experience: 1 year equivalent to next lower grade; analyzing problems, gathering data, preparing reports and plans; evaluating objectives and allocating resources; leading and directing staff.
