Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Director of Planning to lead the organization's planning function, translating strategy into actionable plans and partnering with senior leadership to drive forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

You will develop forecasts and capacity models, align with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product, and build a high-performing planning team to improve forecast accuracy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA; 10+ years planning/finance/ops/supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading teams and enterprise planning processes.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning process, including weekly demand planning and long-range planning.
• Develop forecasts, capacity models, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product to align plans and priorities.
• Establish planning methodologies, processes, tools, and performance metrics.
• Provide senior leadership with clear insights and decision-support materials.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning team and drive cross-functional alignment.
