Mycompas is seeking a Director of Financial Planning to lead the creation of personalized financial plans and to collaborate with clients and advisors on investments, retirement, insurance, tax and estate strategies. The role emphasizes high-quality client service and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial planning or wealth management, active Series 7/63 licenses, and relevant designations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Minnesota Life & Health Insurance License preferred.
• CFP®, ChFC®, RICP®, or similar designation preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather client financial information and communicate planning recommendations.
• Partner with advisors to identify opportunities to improve client strategies.
