A well-established wealth management practice is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Financial Planning Professional to join the team. This role will focus on creating, refining, and implementing comprehensive financial plans for high-value clients, while supporting the advisory team with in-depth analysis and strategy development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients, ensuring all areas of planning—retirement, investments, insurance, tax strategies, and estate considerations—are fully integrated.
- Conduct deep financial analysis using advanced planning software, modeling multiple scenarios to provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Advisor and advisory team to prepare for client meetings, including presentations, plan updates, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with firm and industry requirements.
- Monitor client portfolios and plans for necessary adjustments in response to market, regulatory, or life changes.
- Support business development efforts by providing planning expertise for prospective client presentations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory updates, and planning strategies to ensure best-in-class service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of financial planning experience; prior experience in a fee-based advisory environment preferred.
- Series 65 registration (or ability to obtain promptly); CFP designation strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with financial planning and portfolio management software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Tamarac, Black Diamond).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
- Client-first mindset with a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
