Job summary

Verso Ministries, LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Pilgrimage Coordinator to support the Operations team in planning and coordinating pilgrimage logistics and the pilgrim experience. The role is based at our headquarters in South Bend, IN, and requires in-person work.

The position involves leading the Pilgrimage Coordination team, overseeing pilgrimages (core and large events), managing DMC relationships, and ensuring timely, high-quality responses to pilgrims.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate and oversee complex logistics
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (team leadership)

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and oversight to the Pilgrimage Coordination team; supervise Pilgrimage Coordinators and event manager.
• Set performance expectations and monitor service quality; train team on systems, processes, and customer care standards.
• Fully own and oversee coordination and execution of all pilgrimages, including large events; manage DMC relationships and assign projects.
