Job summary

Legatus International is seeking an Events & Pilgrimages Coordinator to support the planning and execution of national events and pilgrimages, including summits and international pilgrimages.

Based at Legatus Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, you will act as the primary contact for member inquiries, manage registrations, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with the Director and Marketing to deliver impactful experiences aligned with the organization's Catholic mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit or corporate meeting and event planning.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Professional communication with senior executives, clergy, sponsors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event registration systems like Cvent.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of national events and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for member inquiries regarding registration, payments, sponsorships.
• Oversee registration process for national events (Cvent), including website setup and on-site check-in.
• Coordinate venue relations, speaker coordination, liturgy planning, transportation, and on-site operations.
• Lead sponsorship and exhibit sales for the annual Summit and manage sponsor relations.
• Develop and maintain line-item event budgets with the Director.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create promotional and on-site materials.
• Prepare mailings, generate reports, and assist the Events team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Travel as required; occasional beyond standard work weeks.
