Job summary

The Medicus Firm, part of M3USA, is seeking a Director of Physician Recruiting, Academics, to lead recruitment efforts across medical schools, teaching hospitals, and academic health systems. You will advise candidates and clients, source and screen physicians, quote salary, and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Sales experience including inside/outside/B2B or cold calling.
• Consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise physician candidates and clients in the academics sector.
• Source and screen physicians by building rapport via phone calls and emails.

• Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts.
• Manage the recruiting process.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns.
• Consult with clients throughout recruiting process.
• Make recommendations to clients to aid in a successful search.
• Work with schools of medicine, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals.
• Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reports.
