Job summary

Ascension Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking a senior operations leadership role to oversee staffing, budgeting and quality objectives across clinical services.

You will develop goals, plan and direct staffing activities, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with financial and organizational standards. Eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Full-time, on-site position in a Catholic health system committed to care and growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience required as part of the education pathway.
• Experience planning staffing, hiring, orienting, evaluating and development initiatives.
• Budgeting and budget adherence within department operations.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
