Concentra, Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist Director of Clinicial Services in Chicago, IL. This role leads outpatient orthopedic clinics, builds clinical teams, and drives patient care quality while aligning with enterprise strategy.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, performance metrics, collaboration with medical and operations teams, and a strong focus on improving patient and employer experiences across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
• Five years of demonstrated clinical experience (without occupational health background) or three years with occupational health experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and patient safety through evidence-based therapy model and specialist program across markets and service lines.
• Monitor clinical metrics and hold therapists and stakeholders accountable for referral patterns and care outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize outcomes and manage outlier cases.
• Maintain competency in patient care and EMR/PM systems to coach and fill in therapy as needed.
• Develop and sustain relationships with employers and payers to drive market growth.
• Mentor therapists on therapy model, CAS/AMS program, and clinical outcomes.
