Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must meet licensure requirements of the jurisdiction.
• Minimum two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Demonstrated Concentra core competencies: service, detail, urgency, initiative, flexibility.
• Ability to supervise staff and lead a center team.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100% direct patient care within the center and ensure outstanding patient experiences.
• Manage clinical center metrics and accountability for quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and WC regulations.
• Oversee therapy plans and early intervention strategies.
• Foster teamwork and a collaborative, professional work environment.
• Engage with employers, referral sources, and payers to strengthen relationships.
• Oversee documentation, coding levels, and charge capture with accurate reporting.
• Partner with DTO and CLT to optimize staffing and center operations.
