Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy with license in the jurisdiction.
• Minimum two years of clinical PT experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct center-based patient care 100% of the time.
• Lead by example and ensure exceptional patient experience.
• Manage center metrics and outcomes with staff therapists.
• Ensure compliant documentation and coding levels.
• Collaborate with DTO, CLT, and employers/payer sources.
• Oversee staffing levels and professional development.
• Promote safety and quality care.
