Job summary

Nufactor, Inc. seeks a Director of Pharmacy to lead the pharmacy’s operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

This role serves as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring licensing, quality, and patient care continuity while guiding strategy and personnel development. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with clinicians and regulators to sustain compliant, safe medication use and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (ACPE-accredited).
• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state of location.
• IgCP certification must be obtained within two years of employment and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacy operations, practice oversight, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, boards of pharmacy, and accreditation standards.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain pharmacy services and quality programs; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage licensure, regulatory reporting, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
