Responsibilities

Direct general pharmacy policies and procedures across departments.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations at Lenexa facility.
Educate and supervise technicians on pharmacy procedures and regulatory changes.
Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide accurate information.
Oversee and supervise staff to maintain high-quality customer service.
Review new prescriptions and patient histories for accuracy and safety.
Collaborate with nurses and physicians on drug interactions and therapy choices.
Conduct quality assurance and verify prescriptions.
