Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree and Illinois pharmacist license
• 2+ years of acute hospital experience
• 3+ years of pharmacy management in a hospital setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for pharmacy services within a single hospital
• Ensure safe, evidence-based medication use and formulary management
• Lead and develop pharmacy leadership and staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance including Joint Commission, CMS, USP, BOP and state/federal laws
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, contract management, and cost containment
