The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, collaborate with operations, and mentor staff while ensuring the successful execution of performance improvement strategies.

Compensation ranges from $150,800 to $230,690 depending on location and qualifications, along with additional healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing teams and multiple projects using Six Sigma / Lean.
• Experience leading complex process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategy for PI initiatives.
• Identify operational problems and find viable PI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in successful completion of projects.
