Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Director, Head of Performance Management, Advanced Analytics and Reporting to build a centralized, data-driven analytics capability for the Commercial organization. The role translates growth, launches and market expansion into a scalable analytics ecosystem with standardized KPIs, AI-enabled insights, and a single source of truth across regions.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in data, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Proven experience leading data & analytics functions, hubs, or COEs.
• Experience leading analytics transformation initiatives, scalable self-service ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized PM, Advanced Analytics and Reporting Hub for global commercialization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of business partners and technical experts.
• Transform analytics toward self-service, AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and predictive insights.
• Operate as hands-on, execution-oriented leader, delivering critical outputs when needed.
• Act as a proactive partner to senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
• Translate current and future business priorities into a scalable analytics roadmap.
• Define and operationalize a single source of truth across KPIs and dashboards.
