Job summary

Front Range Community College invites applications for the inaugural Director of Organizational Development. The role reports to the Vice President of Organizational Development & Human Resources and partners across campuses to improve performance and employee well-being.

TheDirector will build a comprehensive OD program, including talent development, recognition and wellness initiatives, and collaborative change efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/OD or related field.
• Prosci Change Management or other change management certification preferred.
• 7+ years in organizational design/development, workforce strategy or leadership development.
• Experience creating training program curricula and evaluating training.
• Experience with research methods, skills assessment, program development and planning.
• Experience with adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
• Experience with new learning technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives across the college to enhance effectiveness and culture.
• Coach leaders on change, team effectiveness and workforce strategies.
• Develop and align talent development, leadership assessment and succession planning programs.
• Develop metrics, dashboards and analytics to inform decisions.
• Drive employee experience, engagement and well-being initiatives.
