Job summary

Children's of Alabama in Birmingham seeks a Director of Organizational Development to lead growth and learning opportunities across all employee levels. The role drives continuous improvement, supports leadership in performance, career paths, skills development, interpersonal interaction and culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of organizational development experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD, business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, applicable certifications and training may substitute for these requirements.
• Organizational development/training certifications preferred including coaching certification and/or assessment certifications.

The Director of Organizational Development is responsible for the continuing growth and development of Children's of Alabama employees. Experience:

10+ years of organizational development experience required.

Education:
