Job summary

HMG Healthcare LLC is looking for a Director of Talent & Learning to serve as the facility’s employee ambassador and culture champion. This role leads talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, and compliance, partnering with the Administrator, DON, and regional leaders to align staffing and development with HMG’s mission to Take Care of People.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Talent Development, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in People Operations, Learning & Development, or Talent Management (healthcare experience preferred).
Experience in coaching, developing engagement strategies, and workforce planning.
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and workforce systems.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, and compliance.
Consult with Administrators and Nursing leadership to ensure staffing and development.
Coach and develop leaders on talent practices and engagement strategies.
Audit personnel files, onboarding and training compliance; report metrics to regional leadership.
Drive retention and workforce excellence and foster inclusive culture.
