Job summary

Hillcrest Family Services is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our HR strategy and operating plans as part of the Senior Leadership team. You will translate business priorities into talent solutions, shape organizational design, and drive performance through engagement, change management, and collaboration.

You will supervise recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring compliance with laws and aligning benefits programs with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with change management across a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise recruiting and interviewing to hire qualified leaders.
• Oversee training programs and development initiatives for staff.
• Monitor performance appraisal programs to ensure timely reviews.
• Administer employee relations programs and recognition activities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead high-level talent acquisition for leadership roles.
• Manage colleague benefits programs and renewals.
