Job summary

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks a Director of Human Resources & Administration to lead all people practices, drive DEI-aligned HR programs, and coach managers. This senior role reports to the Executive Director and oversees talent acquisition, compensation, onboarding, development, and employee relations.

As a member of the senior management team, you will shape culture, ensure compliance with laws, and optimize HR processes using ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading HR for 100+ employees in multiple locations.
• Hands-on builder of HR processes and programs.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Administration across the organization, partnering with senior leadership.
• Own talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, performance management and employee development.
