Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of HR experience, with at least two years in a Director role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with investigations and employee relations is essential.
• Non-profit environment experience is a plus.
