Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required.
• Ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration or a related area.
• Must have 7–10 years of progressively responsible management experience; 3+ years in healthcare operational management.
• Experience leading and managing teams across sites or service lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of workflows, operational standards and patient quality outcomes.
• Coaching and holding supervisors and managers accountable for performance and daily management discipline.
• Achieve budget, staffing, and productivity targets through active oversight.
• Execute patient access initiatives and operational improvements.
• Use data, rounding, and direct engagement to monitor performance and drive action.
• Possess medical group practice subject matter expertise.
