They are hiring a Director of Payments to lead a critical part of the product: owning and monetizing the payments stack. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational payments role, shape strategy from scratch, build out infrastructure, and eventually hire your own team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of payment infrastructure, including funds flow, risk, and dispute management
Evaluate and integrate with partners like Stripe or Nuvei, while planning for long-term in-house capabilities
Turn payments into a revenue-driving feature of the platform
Work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver a seamless experience to end users

Requirements
