Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL seeks a Director of Patient Access to provide strategic leadership across the facility and off-site locations. You will direct registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, scheduling, and front-end revenue cycle processes to optimize patient experience and revenue integrity.

Lead staffing, budgeting, policy implementation, and KPI monitoring while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with medical staff and administration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or seven+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field required.
• 3-5 years in a progressive leadership role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee patient access registration, insurance verification, scheduling, pre-authorization, financial counseling, and point-of-service collections.
• Lead staffing planning, budgeting, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives to meet operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements across locations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical/administrative teams to optimize patient throughput and revenue cycle outcomes.
