LAZ Parking is seeking a Director of Operations for Milwaukee, WI to support the General Manager with financial and operational oversight for a multi-location portfolio.

The role focuses on driving revenue, managing expenses, and delivering top-tier parking operations. Travel to locations is required as part of maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel daily/weekly to different locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle management account clients.
• Develop client relationships and business retention.
• Maximize revenue, control expenses, and ensure high service standards.
• Assist region with business development, proposals, and transitions.
• Lead and develop teams to meet goals and embody LAZ Parking culture.
• Plan and execute openings for new locations within portfolio.
• Prepare budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews by location.
• Communicate with police and emergency management for operations.
• Oversee event operations and market rate structures.
