River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Director of Pittsfield Outpatient Services to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the organization’s outpatient programs in line with goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

The role includes supervising staff, managing recruitment, training, evaluations, and budgets, and collaborating with executive leadership and community partners to drive growth and improved client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field.
• LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Four years of health or human services experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation and supervision of assigned personnel.
• Prepare annual budgets for programs and manage the staff within approved budgetary goals.
• Establish and achieve goals for assigned programs consistent with RVCC goals and with advances in the applicable fields of treatment or advocacy.
• Plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate programs and services in collaboration with other RVCC departments, affiliated organizations and community agencies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and community partners to strengthen services, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous quality improvement.
