River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Holyoke outpatient clinic. The role oversees clinical evaluations and treatment across ages, provides direct care when needed, and supervises staff to ensure quality care and compliant documentation.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and active MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT). Strong crisis intervention and organizational skills are essential in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical evaluations of clients of all ages and families.
• Provide direct care to clients and families as needed.
• Supervise and train staff; monitor adherence to policies and quality standards.
• Ensure timely documentation and accurate client records.
