Are you a licensed clinician with leadership experience in outpatient addiction treatment? Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee clinical operations at our Raritan Bay facility in South Amboy, NJ. This is a high impact role where you’ll work closely with the CEO of the program and guide a team of professionals dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and build lasting recovery.

As the Director of Outpatient Services, you will:

• Ensure compliance with outpatient program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee all outpatient services, maintaining clinical excellence, quality care, and operational efficiency.
• Advise the CEO on program performance and strategic development.
• Monitor budgetary goals manage outpatient census and lead generation efforts to meet growth targets.
