Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee clinical operations at our Raritan Bay facility in South Amboy, NJ. This high-impact role reports to the program CEO and leads a team dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and sustain recovery.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a clinical field with active LCADC and CCS licensure; LCSW or LPC with supervisory credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical specialty or related field is required.
• Active licensure as LCADC and CCS is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outpatient behavioral health or addiction treatment.
• Proven leadership in managing clinical teams and growing outpatient programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with outpatient program policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee all outpatient services, maintaining clinical excellence, quality care, and operational efficiency.
• Advise the CEO on program performance and strategic development.
• Monitor budgetary goals, census, and lead generation to meet growth targets.
• Support managed care contracting initiatives related to outpatient services.
