Job summary

Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas is seeking a Director of Outlets to lead our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage venues. You will drive profitability, elevate guest experiences, and inspire a diverse team in a beachfront luxury setting.

The role requires 4+ years in F&B management, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership. You’ll translate data into operational plans, negotiate with vendors, and implement innovative concepts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an actionable plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Effective communication with the public and team members.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
