Position Overview:

As a Director of Operations Transformation, you oversee strategic planning, development, and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives across Operations. You align transformation efforts with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring sustainable business value. You lead project teams, foster continuous improvement, and develop your team.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Develop overall transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals
2. Manage multiple high-impact, cross-functional transformation programs and projects, meeting KPIs
3. Implement change management strategies for sustainable change
4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
5. Manage stakeholder relationships for buy-in and support
6. Establish governance frameworks for transformation initiatives
7. Partner with analytics teams to develop and track KPIs and measure ROI
8. Lead and develop a high-performing team
9. Innovate continuously to build a strong pipeline of transformation programs

Leadership Competencies:

• Leading large-scale initiatives, stakeholder management, change management, data-driven improvement, communication, financial acumen, problem-solving, influence, understanding of BPO, trust, safety, or AI environments

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience; 5+ years in senior leadership
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related
• MBA is a plus
• Proficient in English

Pay:

Range: $132,000 - $165,000 USD annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.

• Remote - US or Canada
