Floor Plan Visuals, a leading provider of architectural visualization services, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Operations to oversee our business operations, optimize workflows, and drive company growth through both client outreach and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, capable of leading teams, managing internal operations, business development, and possesses strong leadership skills.

KeyResponsibilities:

•Oversee and refinecompany-wide operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

•Act as thego-to leader for team members, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to solve challenges.

•Ensure client issues are addressed effectively, working closely with the team to maintain service excellence.

•Monitor andenforce operational standards, proactively improving workflows, consistency and high performance.

•Enhanceproject coordination, goal-setting, and process improvementsto support company growth.

•Drive financial impact and lead business growth initiatives

Qualifications:

•5+ years of leadership experiencein operations, administration, or executive management.

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related discipline

•Proven ability toproblem-solve proactively, work independently, and drive results.

•Strongorganizational and analytical skills, balancing big-picture vision with detail orientation.

•Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills

•Proficiency inbusiness software, project management, and workflow optimization.

•Long tenure in past positions is a must.

Preferred:
