Director of Operations T&D - Electrical Construction - Mid-Atlantic

Gryphon Oakwood are working on a Director of Operations role to lead the Distribution division for a T&D contractor in the Mid-Atlantic. The role will involve running all field operations for the Distribution division.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all distribution construction operations.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of overhead and underground distribution projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Manage project performance, budgets, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational goals.
• Mentor, and develop project managers, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in electric distribution or related T&D construction.
