Job summary

Roosty's, a rapidly growing US consumer products brand, is hiring a Director/Head of Operations to build the operational engine for scale. You will own supply chain, inventory, new product launches, supplier management, compliance and strategic operations, working directly with the founders.

In this remote role, you will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience, shaping processes, systems and dashboards to support aggressive growth and a potential

Qualifications

• Experience leading Operations within a high-growth eCommerce or consumer products business.
• Shopify experience is essential.
• Strong supply chain and inventory management experience.
• Experience managing manufacturers and supplier relationships; launching physical consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across the business; build scalable SOPs and systems.
• Lead inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment.
• Manage manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners; own 3PL performance and KPIs.
• Own the operational delivery of all new product launches; coordinate timelines.
• Ensure packaging, labelling and product claims meet compliance requirements.
• Partner with Finance on purchasing, inventory planning and cash flow forecasting.
• Build reporting dashboards and improve visibility with KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional projects and build a culture of ownership.
