Job summary

The Regents of the University of California, on behalf of UCLA, seeks a Director of Operations to provide executive support, communications and financial management for the Faculty Director. This fully onsite role requires building relationships with campus leaders, donors and partners, and coordinating events domestically and abroad.

You will lead administrative workflow, advise senior management, and ensure confidential handling of sensitive matters while aligning with the campus strategic

Qualifications

• High-level administration experience advising senior management and/or overseeing complex programs and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address sensitive, complex issues in a university setting.
• Ability to work independently in a consultative, collaborative manner with campus leadership.
• Strong consulting, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and develop broad assessments and initiatives.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
