Job summary

The Greene County Board of Developmental Disabilities (GCBDD) is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join our executive leadership team. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, strategic, and effective agency operations to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

As Director of Operations, you will oversee Finance, HR, IT, Medicaid Services, and Facilities Management, reporting to the Superintendent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, public administration, organizational leadership, accounting, finance, HR, IT, facilities management or a closely related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in organizational operations, administration, or management, including budget oversight, personnel supervision, and operational planning.
Three years of experience in the developmental disabilities field preferred and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee five key areas: Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Medicaid Services, and Facilities Management.
Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to department managers.
Shape organizational strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and translate goals into action.
