Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive automation initiatives and operational excellence across global programs. You will partner with executives to align strategic priorities, deploy RPA and AI within workflows, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Senior leadership will guide cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and data, delivering measurable ROI while championing Lean and continuous-improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, AI implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading operations, strategic initiatives, global transformation programs, AI tools, and automations.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Core PLM competency with SAP S4 HANA, PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, or similar.
• Extensive PLM process, methods, and tools experience, including CAD integration, Part, BOM, Document, and Change Management.
• Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management.
• Superior business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, applications, and technologies.

Responsibilities
