Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Director of Operations, Systems & Standards to lead program operations, systems, and standards across CAP’s high school campuses. The role drives data integrity, KPI tracking, and scalable processes, partnering with AI tools to improve workflows and ensure top-tier editorial quality for essays and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing ability, with sophisticated judgment in evaluating nuanced materials.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining quality standards and translating them into clear guidance and review protocols.
• Strong analytical ability and experience owning KPIs and using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own CAP’s program operations, systems, and operational infrastructure across Grades 9-12.
• Define scalable processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable execution.
• Maintain clear ownership and dependencies across CAP workstreams; develop playbooks and SOPs.
• Lead data quality and executive reporting; monitor trends and inform strategy.
• Partner with AI team to translate editorial standards into scalable tools and workflows.
