Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead agency projects and ensure compliance with state and federal mandates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage business process improvements.
- Oversee staff development and training across divisions.
- Implement SOPs and operational guides to improve service outcomes.
- Monitor performance, conduct QA reviews, and address gaps.
- Prepare compliance reports for leadership and boards.
- Assist with staff relocation and digitization projects.
