Capstone Logistics is seeking a Director of Operations - Retail Delivery to oversee multi-site operations and drive growth. Travel 50%–75% across the U.S. and report to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• College degree from a 4-year accredited institution is preferred.
• Experience managing 10+ locations across multi-site operations.
• Strong customer service and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to lead and develop operational staff at multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of site managers operating multiple locations to deliver high levels of service.
• Develop relationships with customer leadership at site and regional levels.
• Develop operating budgets and manage each business unit's budget, P&L and aging reports.
• Make daily decisions to direct and impact service and profitability.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet company and customer standards.
• Develop leadership team to take on additional responsibilities.
