Job summary

Monks is seeking a Director of Operations & Resource Management to lead end-to-end hiring operations, staff planning, and talent alignment for the Media Agency group. You will report to the VP, Operations and collaborate with finance, recruitment, and agency leadership to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities include driving requisition processes, headcount forecasting, and data-driven staffing decisions while ensuring data integrity and effective leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data accuracy in complex tracking systems.
• Experience partnering with SME stakeholders, leadership, and finance to streamline hiring workflows.
• Strong analytical ability to inform staffing and operational improvements.
• Prior resource management experience within a Media Agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Hiring Workflow Execution: Drive end-to-end role openings, manage requisitions, track approvals, and audit systems.
• Resource Allocation & Utilization: Analyze utilization, billability, and project demands to guide headcount forecasts.
• Leadership Cadence & Reporting: Lead weekly syncs with real-time dashboards for open roles and statuses.
• Data Integrity & Headcount Reconciliation: Maintain trackers for departures, turnover, and open positions.
• Off-Cycle Promotion Management: Streamline submission, review, and sign-off for off-cycle promotions.
