Job summary

Perfect Performance NOVA, a leading sports performance training company in the DMV, seeks a Director of Operations to implement the vision across training programs, clubs, leagues, camps, and events. You will lead procurement, partner relations, and registration systems while coordinating with the CEO on strategic goals and improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with high energy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership and team-oriented collaboration abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely with in-person meetings as needed
• Proven track record in operations, process improvement and vendor management
• Experience with managing multiple programs and programs budgets

Responsibilities

• Create SOPs for management of all training programs, club teams, leagues, camps and events
• Manage procurement processes for all company purchases
• Manage apparel partner relationships and securing uniforms/spirits wear
• Oversee cloud-based registration and program management systems
• Create and manage contracts with JV partners and coaches
• Apply and secure field permits for facilities used by programs
• Coordinate with CEO to align goals and implement changes
